Kimberly is a Motion designer and illustration artist based in Toronto. With her background in animation and video game development, her interest grew into motion design. Upon graduating from college in Toronto, she began working at a social media food creative agency in the heart of Toronto. As the only graphic designer on the team, she was put to the test everyday. Creating graphics and animation for client’s social media accounts to working on commercials and billboards.
As an artist, she believes that there will always be something new to learn in the creative career path. She hopes to continue to learn with every new project that comes her way and build her skills as an artist. Always ready to face new challenges and work with new incredible creatives along her path. Her goal as a motion designer is to create a compelling design to tell stories and soon begin working in Cinema 4D, expanding her skills in motion design.
“The inspiration for the animation was to create simple loopings of the lovely painted design by Baraket. With such a strong and colourful design piece, I decided to create a simple animation to the artwork so that the animation does not overshadow parts of the design.”
