BIA MEMBERS ONLY – Solstice Participation Guidelines

Event: Junction Summer Solstice
Date: Saturday June 23, 2018, noon-midnight

Full Road Closure: Dundas St West (High Park to Keele and Keele to Indian Grove)

Members along Dundas St West, in the closed area, may use the sidewalk in front of their business at no extra cost.

Businesses in the open area (along Keele and on Dundas St West from Quebec to High Park) will be limited to a portion of their sidewalk. 7′ from the curb must remain clear in these areas for pedestrians to safety pass. We will provide a complimentary covered centre booth space in the closed area for those interested.

Our Events & Marketing team is busy with programming to bring exciting and interactive family friendly entertainment to the Junction for Solstice. The closed area will use the center two lanes for booths, tents, stages, beer gardens, picnic areas, vendors, washrooms, etc. This space at the center will also be available to members (fees may apply.)

Participation form must be submitted by Sunday April 8:

Participation arranged after this date cannot be included in printed promotions. No LLBO-related participation will be allowed after this date. Businesses extending their LLBO licence onto the sidewalk, or wanting LLBO space in the centre of the street must submit the participation form.
