This application proposes to amend the City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 438-86 to permit the redevelopment of the property at 2789 and 2803 Dundas Street West for a 7-storey residential building with commercial uses at-grade and below-grade parking. The building would contain a total of 109 residential dwelling units.
This land is also subject to an application under the Planning Act for Site Plan Approval, Application No.
11 323532 STE 14 OZ.

You are invited to attend the public meeting to make your views known regarding the proposal. Toronto and East York Community Council will review the proposal and any other material placed before it, in order to make recommendations on the application. These recommendations will then be forwarded to Toronto City Council for its consideration.
