The Function in the Junction is the Junction Residents Association’s annual fundraiser. Over the last 3 years, Junction residents and local businesses have raised over $20,000 for great local causes.
This year, the Junction Residents Association is supporting the work of the Monday Art Group of the Red Wagon Collective. The Monday Art Group was started in 2008 to provide arts projects and programs for the residents of the Salvation Army-Evangeline Residence, present and past, at 2808 Dundas Street West.
Currently the Monday Art Group has no funds. Our goal is to fund them for one year, including art supplies (consumables and tools), TTC tokens for out-of-Junction participants, and publication of some of their works.
More information on the Red Wagon Collective can be found on their website.
