The Junction Summer Solstice Festival, June 23rd
Stilt Walkers and Acrobats take over the Junction during celebrations of the longest day of the year!
Come join The Junction BIA and celebrate the year’s longest day during The Junction Summer Solstice Festival on Saturday, June 23rd, between 10 am and Midnight. This event will include fantastic entertainment, food and refreshments, as well as special events at participating businesses along Dundas Street West (Indian Grove to Quebec Ave.) and Keele Street (north of Dundas).
Wonder around the Junction and discover an array of entertainment, which will include Cirque performers, buskers, interactive family games, skateboarding show, music performances, belly dancing show, exotic animal show, movie screening of the ‘Midsummer’s Night Dream’ and more.
The businesses will stay open late to bring you artistic workshops, games, info sessions, sales, giveaways, competitions, presentations, music performances, health activities, and delectable foods.
